We invited Prince Kim, Secretary General of the Gimcheon and Gumi Victim Support Center, and Heeyoung Park, Secretary General of the Gimcheon City Welfare Center for the Disabled, to train about 80 executives and employees on the topic of ‘Prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace, protection of personal information, and improving awareness of the disabled.’

In the three-hour training held on this day, Secretary General Kim Tae-ja helped people understand the application of related laws and regulations, focusing on various cases applied to companies related to the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace and personal information protection.

In addition, Director Park Hee-young gave a lecture on the topic of improving awareness of the disabled in the workplace, which can change prejudice and discriminatory perceptions of the disabled in order to create an atmosphere in the workplace where people with disabilities can work together.

Meanwhile, since 2013, the Gimcheon Chamber of Commerce and Industry has been conducting free ‘visiting training’ upon application from companies to help strengthen the capabilities of executives and employees of member companies in the area through communication and organizational revitalization.
